Every Wednesday night from 6pm to 9pm we are proud to present Pillai’s Kitchen, a mouth watering feast of dishes from all over India and the Middle East, presented by Master Chef Pramod Pillai and his team. Drawing on his vast experience cooking at the best hotels and residences in the region, he will prepare an authentic mix of interesting dishes for your delight!

Punjabi Samosa with Channa, crispy, golden samosas filled with spiced potato and peas – £7.50

Chicken and Meat Samosa, flaky pastry stuffed with a flavourful blend of minced chicken and meat – £8.50

Meat and Chicken Sheesh Kebabs, juicy skewers of seasoned meat and chicken, grilled to smoky perfection – £9

 

Chicken Tikka Masala, tender chicken pieces cooked in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce with aromatic spices. Comes with naan, rice and a side of veg – £17.50

Lamb Rogan Josh, a classic Kashmiri dish with lamb slow-cooked in a fragrant blend of spices, tomatoes and yoghurt. Comes with rice, naan and  side of veg – £19.50

Alleppey Prawn Curry, a coastal delicacy, succulent prawns simmered in a spiced coconut and mango infused curry, comes with nan, rice and a side of veg – £20

 

Gulab Jamun, soft, sweet milk dumplings soaked in fragrant rose and cardamon syrup – a delightful finish to your meal – £7
